Check-in is from 4pm.
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive so we can be on-site to welcome you.
We will try to accommodate an earlier check-in if required, however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

We can sometimes accommodate a later check-out time so please ask if you would like to check out later than 10am. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Cleaning Charge
There is an end of stay cleaning charge of €75. This charge ensures your accommodation is thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to your arrival.
Tourist Tax
All tourist visitors to the Dordogne have to pay a local Tourist Tax (Tax de Sejour) of €1 per adult per night. This is not included in the rental price and is to be paid in cash on arrival.

Yes, a car is essential for getting to and from the supermarket in Montignac and for exploring the Vézère and the wider Dordogne region.
Public transport and taxis are very limited in this unspoilt region of France.

All bookings in July and August must be for full weeks starting and ending on a Saturday.
Outside of this period bookings must be for a minimum of two nights.

If you are arriving by car from home, then yes please bring your own towels for use down by the pool. If you are flying to France and hiring a car, we know this is not practical so we can in this instance supply swimming towels at a small charge per week. Please let us know how many you need, and we can provide you with prices etc.
