Booking Information
Our two gîtes are available to book throughout the year. L'Enclos, the main house will be available to book from July and August 2023. All bookings in the months of July and August must be for full weeks starting and ending on a Saturday. Outside of these two months, bookings can be made on any dates subject to availability.
Couples and Individuals
If you are travelling alone or as a couple, we are able to offer you a one bedroom option in both of the gites.

Local Tax
All tourist visitors to the Dordogne have to pay a local Tourist Tax (Tax de Sejour) of €1 per adult per night, and this is not included in our rates above.
Cleaning Charge
There is an end of stay cleaning charge of €75 for the gites, and a charge of €100 for the main house. This charge ensures your accommodation is thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to your arrival.
L'Enclos
In 2021 the house was completely refurbished, and now accommodates 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms.
L'Enclos will be available to book in July and August each year, and the rate for 2023 is €4,500 per week

Couples and Individuals
If you are travelling alone or as a couple, and your booking is not in June, July and August, or over a public holiday, both gites are available to book at a reduced rate, and will be configured as one bedroom accommodation. You will not be sharing the gite with any other guests, and will have full access and use of the kitchen, sitting rooms a bathroom and the gardens. These reduced prices are shown below.
Dates and Availability
The reduced rates are not available between the following dates
9th April - 22nd April (Easter)
11th June - 16th September (Summer Peak)
22nd October - 4th November (All Saints Holiday)
Whilst these dates may be shown as available on the calendars above, these dates are not available to book at the reduced prices.
Outside of these three periods, the calendars above do indicate whether the gites are available to book.
